How to Filter and Extract Reports from Report Dashboard

VIDIZMO allows you to analyze the usage of your uploaded content on a continuous basis. You can filter reports by date or attributes and export them for further analysis. To learn more about analytics, read Understanding Media Analytics.

Prerequisites​

Extract Reports​

  1. In VIDIZMO, select the Navigation menu.
  2. Go to Admin > Reports Dashboard.
  3. Navigate to the report you want to export.
  4. Select the Download button in the top right corner of that report.

The report is exported in CSV format. You can apply filters before exporting to include only the required data.

Filter Reports​

Filter by Date​

VIDIZMO allows you to select the duration for which you need to view analytics. This can be a predefined period (last week, month, year) or a custom date range.

  1. In the Reports Dashboard, select the Date filter dropdown.
  2. Select a time period:
    • This Week / Last Week
    • This Month / Last Month
    • This Year / Last Year
    • Custom - specify a start and end date

Filter by Attributes​

You can apply attribute-based filtering specific to a particular report to show or hide certain data.

  1. In the Reports Dashboard, navigate to the desired report section (e.g., Audience Overview).
  2. In the report (e.g., Top Devices), select the attribute filter (e.g., Views, Impressions, Completions) to toggle data visibility.

Toggle Report View​

VIDIZMO allows you to switch between graphical and tabular views where applicable.

  1. In the Reports Dashboard, navigate to the desired report.
  2. Select the Tabular View button to display data in a table format.
  3. Select the Graphical View button to return to the chart view.
